Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.
Return Process
1. Email us at NBRAtelierCom@google.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable service.
3. After receiving the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds & Fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.
• For all other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Orders can only be changed or canceled within a limited time after purchase and before they are processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Processing time for handmade items is usually 1-2 business days before shipping.
We ship all orders via USPS with tracking included. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking email first. If the tracking appears lost or hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll assist in contacting the carrier. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
Yes, gift returns are accepted. If you received one of our items as a gift, you may return it, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Our necklaces are crafted in 14K silver- or gold-plated alloy, and our bracelets feature crystal beads or pearls. While many wear our pieces comfortably, please note that sensitivity may vary. we cannot guarantee it is fully hypoallergenic.
All metals naturally change with wear, air, and moisture. Sterling silver, brass, and copper may develop a patina or darken over time, while gold‑filled and stainless steel are more resistant. Many people love the unique character this brings, but if you prefer a bright finish, gentle cleaning will restore the shine. To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a dry place and avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes.
The easiest way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear comfortably and compare it to a sizing chart. You can also wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length against a ruler. For the most accurate fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler who can size your finger professionally.
Our rings are designed with open ends, so they can be gently adjusted for a comfortable fit. If they still don’t feel right, you’re welcome to return them. For necklaces and bracelets, if the size isn’t quite right, simply return it—we want every piece to feel perfect for you.
